Boots Pharmacy Aslake Close is now closed. If they were your nominated pharmacy you will need to have this changed to another pharmacy. You can pop into the surgery and we can nominate a new pharmacy of your choice. You can also send us message via our website as well. Alternatively you can ask a new pharmacy to nominate them as your new pharmacy.
